RCMP charge driver in pedestrian collision

Police attended a collision involving a car and pedestrian Thursday morning at the intersection of James and Fairview Streets in Antigonish. The 28 year old Antigonish woman was treated for minor injuries at St. Martha’s Regional Hospital. A 79 year old Antigonish man was charged under the Motor Vehicle Act for Failing to Yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
