Antigonish RCMP seek assistance of public

April 17, 2015, Antigonish, Nova Scotia . . . Police seek assistance of public after motor vehicle collision…

Sometime between 11:00 p.m. on Thursday April 16th and 6:30 a.m. on Friday April 17th, a motor vehicle travelling South on College Street struck a tree and Canada Post community mailbox at the foot of the driveway leading to the Antigonish Golf and Country club.

Both the tree and the mailbox sustained damage. The vehicle was damaged as well and left behind a side mirror and headlight. The vehicle failed to remain at the scene and did not report the incident to the police.
