Antigonish RCMP apprehend Impaired Driver at crash scene Sunday afternoon

Antigonish RCMP arrested a 42 year old Halifax County man Sunday afternoon for impaired driving after he was involved in a (3) vehicle crash on highway 104 in James River. Three people went to hospital two of which were treated and released. The third was admitted with non-life threatening injuries. The man faces charges of impaired driving causing bodily harm, dangerous driving causing bodily harm and failing to provide a breath sample. He will appear in Provincial Court on April 30, 2014.
